This year SourceBreaker passed the 50 employee mark, meaning that for the first time, we qualified to enter the awards for the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

SourceBreaker joined thousands of businesses in being analysed from all angles to get right to the heart of what employees really want from the places we work.

Three Star Accreditation

The judging process combines business overviews, data, as well as surveys conducted by the business’ own workforce to offer each business the appropriate accreditation. Broken down into eight factors of workplace engagement.

SourceBreaker received the highest accreditation of Three Stars, as well as making the top 100, underlining the high level of engagement that SourceBreaker is hugely proud to have achieved across the business.
